Securing GP appointments can be tough. For customers in the UK, our online GP service gives your employees access to speak to a GP without leaving home.

    edays absence management system is purpose built to deal with all your absence, sickness and leave types. edays makes managing absence much easier and gives you the ability to be much more proactive in the support you give your people. With edays, you can not only plan your workforce better, you can use data to drive decisions that make for a better workplace, and a more productive workforce.
    What if I have fewer than 50 employees?
    We'd love to offer edays to you, however, please note there's a minimum purchase price of £1200 which covers 50 licenses. We have many growing customers who fall into this category, if you want to join this group then get in touch and we’ll come back with the next steps!
    What support do you offer?
    We have a modern support portal with integrated knowledge base. If you are unable to find what you need, then the support desk can help you get through the issues. Whether it is just using the ticketing system or it needs a video call, our team is ready to help.

    For less urgent issues, perhaps you need some help with additional licenses, or would like some more information on a new feature, then the Customer Success Team is there to help. For customers with more than 200 licenses, you will have a dedicated Customer Success Manager, while those with fewer than 200 licences will benefit from our Tech-Touch Customer Success programme.

    If you need more training, or perhaps you are expanding into new countries or regions, then our Professional Services team are always on hand to provide expert help.
