Our team is based all over the UK, and we operate a hybrid working policy where the team is encouraged to collaborate in our Nottingham office on a regular, flexible basis.

We live and breathe absence and leave so naturally we offer a great annual leave policy. We offer 28 days, plus bank holidays, and also the ability to buy an additional 5 days per year.
