We remain a small team with big ideas, so we’re agile and have collaboration at the heart of everything we do. We want the careers of our employees to grow as we do, so we’re committed to nurturing and providing opportunities for development.

A culture built around the real you
We’ve worked hard to cultivate a culture where everyone has a sense of belonging; there’s a place for the real you here at edays. We know that our team are real people with real lives, and we like to recognise the moments that matter to them, whether that’s winning at work or taking time off to recharge.
There are no politics or cliques; everyone is celebrated for their differences and we know that everyone plays a critical role in making the magic happen for our customers, and for us.

Flexible working in a hybrid world
We exist to promote happier, healthier and more productive employees for our customers, from helping them to reduce absence rates and burnout, to curating positive attitudes and processes around holiday and leave.
So we simply practise what we preach. We are driven by work output, rather than time input, and we have embraced the modern way of working. Our team is based all over the UK, and we operate a hybrid working policy where the team is encouraged to collaborate in our Nottingham office on a regular, flexible basis.
