Today Edays welcomes employee-centric digital HR platform Talentsoft to its network of partners.
Talentsoft was launched in 2007 to offer European companies an HR platform that can transform the working experience. Its technology provides a range of talent management and learning capabilities, from performance to LMS.
The organisation, headquartered in France, has a strong existing partnership ecosystem with a range of partners across the talent and learning sector. However, prior to the partnership with Edays, there had been a notable gap in its absence management offering.
Talentsoft’s Core HR module has good local absence functionality. However, global absence presented the organisation with numerous challenges for clients needing support outside of France – especially in the DACH and BENELUX regions.
Edays has previously been involved in supporting several clients across the DACH and BENELUX and therefore has developed an in-depth knowledge of the intricacies of absence management in these regions. It was for this reason that the Talentsoft team looked to Edays to expand its international absence management offering.
In working with Talentsoft and its comprehensive digital HR platform, Edays saw the exciting potential in combining best of breed solutions connected via Talentsoft’s hub. This way, both Edays’ and Talentsoft’s customers now have access to a streamlined and integrated global absence platform.
Ben Mactaggart, Head of Partnerships at Edays commented: “The Edays team is excited to partner with industry leader Talentsoft and to maximise benefits of the combined offering to our joint customer base. In developing an integrated global absence offering, the partnership will help customers to navigate the complexities of absence management across Europe which has always been a headache for HR.”
