    edays allows you to see, record and manage employees’ time on an individual level and across entire teams. With manual time recording, employees can enter their hours worked with ease. Our Copy In Rota feature lets people to copy in their standard working hours per timesheet submission – weekly or monthly – for a time-saving solution in line with the EU Working Time Directive.

    You also have access to absence and public holiday data alongside the time you’re inputting, allowing for complete transparency and accuracy when it comes to recording who is working and on which days. Time can be recorded in multiple periods per day, with support for overnight working too.

    What is a time submission system?
    edays time submission feature is purpose-built to easily submit employees' time for approval and management. This feature allows easy clock in and clock out, submitting of hours worked and scheduling for advanced workforce management.
    What if I have fewer than 50 employees?
    We'd love to offer edays to you, however, please note there's a minimum purchase price of £1200 which covers 50 licenses. We have many growing customers who fall into this category, if you want to join this group then get in touch and we’ll come back with the next steps!
    What support do you offer?
    We have a modern support portal with integrated knowledge base. If you are unable to find what you need, then the support desk can help you get through the issues. Whether it is just using the ticketing system or it needs a video call, our team is ready to help.

    For less urgent issues, perhaps you need some help with additional licenses, or would like some more information on a new feature, then the Customer Success Team is there to help. For customers with more than 200 licenses, you will have a dedicated Customer Success Manager, while those with fewer than 200 licences will benefit from our Tech-Touch Customer Success programme.

    If you need more training, or perhaps you are expanding into new countries or regions, then our Professional Services team are always on hand to provide expert help.
